**Basic Salary: 12,000 ZAR per month**

**Commission: 5-10% of sales value**

**Monthly Sales Target: $100,000**

**Responsibilities**:

- Selling to the international market
- Utilize your extensive sales experience to sell financial claim consultation services over the phone.
- Make daily outbound calls to potential clients seeking financial claims from various sources.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set at $100,000.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills in English to effectively convey the value proposition of the company's services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and punctuality in the office environment.
- Provide past payslips as proof of previous sales achievements, demonstrating experience in selling products worth $50,000 or more per product.

**Education**:

- Must have Matric/Grade 12
- 2+ years TELESALES experience in a call center environment
- Must have a bachelor degree or higher degree.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telephone sales, specifically selling products with a value of $50,000 or more per product.
- Fluent in English (Neutral accent) with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve high earnings, prioritizing financial success.
- Immediate availability to start working in the company offices located in Fourways.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth within a well-established organization.
- Strong sense of responsibility, sharp mindset, and the ability to take the job seriously.
