**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology.
- SAP MM Certification with SAP configuration.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in SAP MM - Pharmacy/FMCG Retail/ Distribution Industry.
- Project management will be an added advantage.

**Minimum Job Requirements**:

- Set up and implement MM, MRP, batch and stock rotation.
- Translate pharmacy supply chain rules into both in-patient and out-patient retail pharmacy requirements.
- Define and implement algorithms for optimal buying and formulary management.
- Project Planning and Execution.
- Configuration and Analysis.
- Documentation and Communication.
- SAP Standards & Collaboration.
- Support and Continuous Learning.

**SAP Master Data Management**:

- Manage SAP MM for Pharmacy for both in-patient and out-patient dispensing for pharmaceuticals -ethicals, surgicals, prosthesis and consignment stock.
- Configuration of rules for buying, minimum, maximum and reorder level management, formulary management and batch controls.
- Lead the execution of assigned project tasks in areas of demonstrated competence. This includes facilitating meetings/task groups, tracking, and influencing task group progress, tracking project deliverables, etc.
- Analyse the business processes, problems & opportunities and define the SAP solution.
- Gather and interpret requirements from the business, preparation for and contribution in the process design workshops, and to configure the SAP system, demonstrate it, and gain acceptance from the business.
- Document the Functional Specifications for business review & sign-off
- Collaborate on the Technical Specifications in conjunction with the architect & developers to ensure the requirement is accurately met.
- Define the success criteria for solution testing. Responsible for test scripts, business scenarios and SIT testing on SAP related projects and change requests.
- Perform the system configuration, work with developers on any changes, test these, and assist users in testing cycles.
- Prepare the Business Process Procedures, Functional Specifications, Test Scenarios, End-user documentation, and User manuals.
- Ensure SAP knowledge transfer happens to the users.
- Use "SAP-standard" as methodology where appropriate and the tools in the company
- Interacts with the SAP organisation as appropriate, to obtain the requisite support in a timely and efficient manner and ensures access to the best available resources within SAP. Work with SAP Implementation Partners to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Provide 2nd / 3rd line SAP MM and MRP support.
- Keep up to date with trends and opportunities in SAP, S4/Hanna and Pharmacy industry. Understand the overall business objectives/needs and translate these into well-defined and justified proposals that describe the process(es) to use and includes deliverables, timelines and estimates of the costs and resources required.

**SAP EEC6 MM and S4 Hanna**
- Managing SAP S4 HANA Master Materials Management Plant Roll out, Migration.
- Solution evaluation to support sourcing, Purchasing, Inbound receiving and inventory management processes.
- Should be able to setup, configure and Support handling unit management process.
- Having experience on G X P standards and other Pharma related processes & also Documentations is an advantage.
- Master data migration.
- SAP Project Management.
- Experience in documentation and analysing processes, procedures and policies.
- Functional Requirement Specification preparation and end to end testing.
- Procure to pay process.
- Inventory management.
- Material Requirement Planning.
