Dressmaker or Crocheter/knitter

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create patterns based on provided designs.
- Sew garments according to the patterns and design specifications.
- Knit or crochet garments as per design requirements.
- Ensure all finished products meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Work on a flexible schedule, completing garments within agreed timelines.
- Communicate effectively with the design team to ensure accurate interpretation of designs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a dressmaker and crocheter/knitter.
- Strong skills in pattern making, sewing, knitting, and crocheting.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the design team.
- Access to necessary sewing and knitting/crocheting tools and equipment.
- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to both sew and crochet/knit advantageous

**Compensation**:

- Payment is made per garment sold. Rates will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on the complexity and time required for each garment.
