We are seeking a skilled Executive Housekeeper to lead our clients Housekeeping Department efficiently and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness at their Lodge in Skukuza. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in upholding company policies and ensuring a pristine guest experience.

**Responsibilities**:
As the Executive Housekeeper, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Efficiently managing the Housekeeping Department in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the prescribed company standards are maintained in all areas of responsibility.
- Overseeing the daily operations of housekeeping staff to achieve exceptional cleanliness standards.

Key Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring proper levels are maintained for daily operations.
- Train and develop housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and budget control.
