The Amdec Group is currently looking for a Rental Administrative Assistant to join their Rental Team, based at the Head office, Tokai.

The successful incumbent duties and/or responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Mandates
- Make sure we have a countersigned Mandate;
- Received the supporting documents from our Rental Administrators;
- Make sure all the necessary documents are in and that we are FIC and/or FICA complaint; and
- Make sure all documents are saved and correctly named on the server.

2. Lease Agreements
- To print all countersigned Lease Agreements and Mandatory Disclosure forms;
- To open up a file and make sure all the relevant documents are in the file and on the server;
3. Finance
- Load / Verify on bank Tenant and Landlord recipient;
- SPS and HAPS bank statements to rental Administrator

4. Rental Asset Management (Redrabbit)
- Save all ingoing, interim and outgoing inspections on the server and print and insert in file (hard copy);
- Make sure that it gets send to both Landlords and Tenants for their record.

5. Filing/Archiving
- Scan all documents and save on the server;
- File all important correspondence;
- Dead Filing;
- Open up files for our units;
**Required Experience**:

- 1-2 years rental administration experience (non-negotiable)
- 2 years Property experience (essential)
- Propworx, redrabbit and Quicklysign user knowledge (advantageous)

- High stress tolerance; ability to work independently and in fast paced, high pressure and result orientated business environment; team player; good time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
