Restaurant General Managers

**RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGERS ARE REQUIRED FOR SEKHUKHUNE, (MPUMALANGA)**

**Purpose of the position**:
Plan and direct fast food restaurant operation whilst maintaining a high standard of food, service, health and safety. Ensuring efficient and profitable business performance and optimal utilization of staff and resources.

Requirement: Minimum 5 years senior management experience in fast food industry with in-depth working knowledge of food preparation. Solid knowledge of basic accounting, planning and forecasting which includes inventory/cost control. Computer literacy.
