Business Need/Purpose of Role:
We have a excited opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Quality Team in the Alrode Manufacturing Plant. The role requires to control Quality of manufactured / assembled products and to ensure that the Quality Standards are maintained and improved.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quality control inspection of manufactured components / parts and assembled pump units
- Resolve quality and Technical problems through root cause analysis, raise NCRs and control non-conforming product
- Liaise with internal suppliers to resolve problems as well as manage and maintain all sick bays
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

- Trade Qualification or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- 2 -5 years’ related experience in Quality or Pump Assembly

Experience using 3D measuring equipment would be an advantage
- Certificate in Total Quality Management would be advantageous
- Computer Literacy (MS Office Package
- Experience working in a LEAN environment

Minimum Skills/Abilities:

- Ability to read Engineering / Technical drawings
- Good Communication Skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to work without Supervision
- Technical Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to use all types of measuring equipment
- Safety conscious
