- Cosmetology/beauty therapy background
- At least 4-5 years in hairdressing
- Must be advanced in all hair types and styles
- Must have good communication skills
- **Must have own car and license and be willing to travel**
- Good sales ethic
- Good mixing skills and knowledge of bleaching, blow waves and foils
- Good communication skills
