AristoSourcing LLC is looking for a Content Edits / Help Desk Support to join the team.
Rate: $1000 to $1200 per month
Job Qualification/Requirement:

- With at least 1-2 years experience as help desk & support tasks or similar, including custom theme / plugin development. Typical duties involve plugin and theme troubleshooting, adding/editing content, building websites from design files, installing/configuring plugins, making layout changes and resolving other WordPress issues.
- Thorough knowledge of WordPress, PHP and MySQL (this is not an entry-level position)
- Strong JavaScript, HTML and CSS skills
- Experienced in troubleshooting and supporting complex WordPress sites
- Experienced in converting PSDs to fully functional websites using page builders
- Knowledge of hosting environments, domains and DNS
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical support environment
- Have a positive attitude and capable of working independently and as a member of a team
- You should be very familiar with commonly used page builders like Beaver Builder, Elementor, Divi and others.
- Must be familiar with the WordPress dashboard, with some experience performing troubleshooting for WordPress websites
- Can handle admin requests for contents edits service
- Will be working at the help desk to provide support for a number of different sites
- Have excellent written English skills

Time schedule: 8 hrs. per day (Sun - Thursday) ideally during 9-5 EST

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month
