**PURPOSE**:
To lead the Metallurgy Team in the safe and cost-effective execution of all metallurgical, maintenance logistics processes ensuring high quality finished products.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- BSc / BTech Degree or NHD in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
- At least 8 years’ Production experience
- At least 3 years Managerial experience.
- At least 3 years Mineral processing experience.

**Additional qualifications**:

- An MBA/MBL would be an advantage.

**Skills**:

- Computer literate

**Knowledge**:

- Metallurgy processes; Planned Maintenance, Logistic processes.
