**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment Searcher:

- Collaborate with recruiters to understand specific job requirements and refine search strategies accordingly.
- Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment sourcing techniques.

Administrator:

- Assist in the coordination of interviews and assessments by scheduling appointments and preparing interview materials.
- Type and format resumes/CVs and other relevant documents as required.
- Assist in drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and other hiring-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, including data entry and report generation.
- From time to time there will be a request to prepare content for linkedin marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field beneficial.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or similar roles advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle pressure well due to having to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Working with Canva advantageous
