**Conveyancer, Notary - Boutique Law Firm - Sandton**

Currently, we are partnering with a reputable boutique law firm located in Sandton. Our client seeks a highly qualified Conveyancer to join their team.

**Responsibilities**
- **Property Transfers**: Managing the legal aspects of property transfers, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing sale agreements, deeds of transfer, and other related documentation.
- **Title Deed Examination**: Conducting thorough examinations of property title deeds to ensure legality and authenticity.
- **Registration**: Facilitating the registration of property transfers with the relevant government authorities, such as the Deeds Office.
- **Due Diligence**: Performing due diligence on properties to uncover any legal issues that may affect the transfer process.
- **Client Communication**: Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in property transactions to provide legal advice and updates on the progress of transactions.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and procedures governing property transactions in South Africa.
- **Dispute Resolution**: Resolving any disputes or legal issues that may arise during the property transfer process.

**Requirements**:

- 7 years or more post article experience.
- 5 years or more conveyancing experience.
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree.
- Admitted Attorney.
- Admitted Conveyancer.
- Admitted Notary - advantageous.
- Experience with ABSA and Investec banks and familiarity with Ghost Convey or Ghost Practice preferred.

**Remuneration**:
Market related salary based on experience.
