**Packaging World is looking for a qualified HR Administrator in their HR department. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, drawing up HR documents, organizing training sessions and events, updating company policies and ensuring they comply with labor laws. This position is available immediately.**

**1.** **Training and Development**

1.1. Manage all levels of training requirements.

1.2. Identify fit for purpose **training material / programs** as well as service providers to address training needs.

1.3. Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers

1.4. Plan, organize and administrate training programs.

1.5. Manage all **training records** and training material.

1.6. Constant engagement with Service providers in order to track progress of learners

1.7. Design training template for Data consolidation in line with SETA requirements

1.8. Provide statistical reporting and analysis of training, metrics etc. for annual report purposes.

1.9. Plan Skills Development initiatives - Source relevant SD initiatives short courses, skills programmes, learner ships etc.

1.10. Ensure **Employee study assistance policy** is signed

**2.** **Performance Management**

2.1. Ensure probation reviews are conducted by line managers

2.2. Update **job descriptions** with managers

2.3. Provide support on compilation of KPIS

2.4. Identify star performers - and highlight to business with regards to retention Initiatives for key roles

2.5. KPI - merit system implements and update for new staff

2.6. Assist managers with **Annual Reviews**

2.7. Assist managers with feedback & Expectations

2.8. Employee performance reporting - best performers - coaching or training requirements - manager feedback and ratings

**3.** **HR Administration**

**3.1.** Create **contracts** from templates and issue and communicate to new staff members **(Probation, permanent, project Contracts)**

3.2. Assist with audits and ensure that compliance areas are met (Ad hoc)

3.3. Organize employee forum meetings to ensure that all relevant legislative requirements are met

3.4. Organize and facilitate **EE / SD committee meetings** on a quarterly basis and take minutes

3.5. Manage filing of all HR paperwork and HR information capturing

3.6. Update employee movement report

3.7. Draft **Acknowledgement of Debt** for payroll deductions

3.8. Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.

3.9. Plan, coordinate monthly **employee reps meeting** - take minutes and send to staff monthly

3.10. Assist with closing out issues raised at employee reps meeting

3.11. Update **Organogram** spreadsheet

3.12. Update Systems department of new employees to load on **Syspro**

3.13. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts, personal information etc

3.14. Complete SETA documentation (ATR and WSP)

3.15. Complete Department of Labour documentation (EEA2 and EEA4)

**General**

2.1. Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization

2.2. Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures related to HR

3.16. Interpreting and advising on employment legislation

3.17. Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy

3.18. Developing, with managers, HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels

3.19. Counselling of employees (should there be issues with direct line supervision) Attend to all staff issues/problems

**Education and Experience**

HR, Industrial Psychology or Law qualification

Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook

Proven experience in an HR role
