**AVI Field Marketing** is a shared services business unit within AVI. Field Marketing focuses on sales and merchandising for the beverages, snacking, and cosmetic business units to provide greater focus and to achieve an improved execution at the store level.

An exciting opportunity exists for a **Wholesale Sales Representative **at Field Marketing for the Inland East Region servicing Ermelo, Secunda and surrounding country areas. The purpose of the role is to manage and service wholesale and independent customers in the region.

**Line Manager**: Field Sales Manager

**Job Specification**:
**Key Performance Areas**:

- Achieve sales targets and negotiate orders
- Maintain stock levels and handle returns
- Implement promotional plans and monitor pricing
- Build strong relationships with store management and staff
- Oversee Merchandisers and ensure compliance with company policies

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Wholesale Sales Representative role required
- Experience within FMCG dealing with wholesale and independent customers
- Supervisory skills are essential

**Qualifications**:

- Completed Matric / Grade 12 qualification is essential
- A completed tertiary qualification in Business / Sales / Marketing / Retail Management, would be advantageous

**Additional Requirements**:

- Sound knowledge of the FMCG industry
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Valid drivers
- Ability to travel is essential
