Optimize Pricing Strategies and Drive Business Growth

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your actuarial skills to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and risk factors to develop optimal pricing strategies for our short-term insurance products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, and finance, to ensure pricing decisions align with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify patterns, correlations, and insights that inform pricing decisions.
- Build and maintain actuarial models to evaluate risk exposures, determine pricing adequacy, and optimize premium structures.
- Monitor pricing performance and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Present findings, recommendations, and pricing proposals to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified Actuary with relevant experience in short-term insurance pricing.
- Strong knowledge of actuarial pricing techniques, statistical modelling, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in actuarial software and programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
