Managing bar and restaurant

Operating GAAP point of sale system
Stock control and management
Overseeing all aspects of food hygiene

Minimizing wastage
Assisting with menu planning and budgets
Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar
Food and Beverage experience in a Hotel or restaurant environment
Desire to pursue a career in Hospitality
Excellent customer service record
Very good communication skills
Ability to manage staff and budgets
