Cape Town Wine Hub is looking for a receptionist. They will be courteous, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease to ensure the office is running efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, as well as plan and perform duties in a manner that creates a smooth working environment.

**Daily tasks include**:
Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors appropriately.

Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.

Maintain security and telecommunications system.

Manage meetings/ wine tastings, making coffee, and preparing necessary requirements.

Maintain a safe and clean office area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Screen, answer, and forward phone calls.

Stock control & order office stationery and consumables monthly.

Dispatch and receiving of products while complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Booking of couriers for orders and following up on delivery.

Filing of documentation.

Keep the kitchen tidy, filling the urn, sugar, coffee, and tea daily.

**Requirements**:
Have a valid driver's license

Well-organised and Efficient

Good time management

Good Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication

Professionalism, Friendly and polite

Customer Focus, ability to deal with difficult clients or customers

Self-motivated

Computer literate

Works well under pressure

Proactive & take the initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R5 000,00 - R6 500,00 per month
