Execute checks on the water (daily / weekly), do sanitation / backwashing and check carbon / sand filters on bi-annual basis. Admin: capture data, i.e. water meter readings, monitor water usage and provide daily explanations. Monitor and report on usage / dosage of chemicals per shift.
To supply Production and Syrup Room with quality treated water, which is compliant to CCSA and Legal requirements in a cost efficient manner.
- Operate processing equipment
- Sampling, testing, monitoring and recording
- Maintenance of filters
- Cleaning and sanitation
- Housekeeping of water plant, lab and equipment
- SHEQ Responsibilities

Skills, Experience & Education
- Minimum of a 3 year National Diploma (NQF6) in Natural / Physical Sciences / Food technology / Micro-biology
- 3 years’ experience in related lab position
