**Qualifications and Experience**
- Qualification in Culinary Arts
- HACCP Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Fire Fighting Certification
- 5+ years experience in hospitality management (please provide references in the CVs)

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage the stock
- Supervise staff Plan menus in consultation with chefs (if needed)
- Organise, lead, and motivate the staff Plan staff shifts and rotas
- Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly observed Monitor the quality of the product and service provided
- Keep financial and administrative records
- Maintain stock levels and order new supplies as required Interact with customers if involved with kitchen and clients
- Ensure compliance with all fire, food regulations, health and safety, and employment regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R7 000,00 - R7 500,00 per month

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality Management: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- HACCP Certification (required)
