Our client in the manufacturing sector requires a suitably qualified and experienced Operations Assistant to join their team. This is a diverse role that covers all aspects of operations, including but not limited to:
- Substitute/relief work for payroll administrator and assisting with wage queries
- Assist operations manager with all admin & reports relating to HR, HSEQ, Production, Dispatch and Maintenance
- Data capturing, organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Develop and maintain filling systems and registers.
- Administer, purchase & control of consumables & PPE
Matric with an Accounting or HR qualification and at least 8 years’ experience in management, reporting and administration is essential.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook.
