- Highly motivated, confident communicator with the ability to engage with

- Able to multi-task and is deadline orientated

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across
- diverse cultural backgrounds
- Reflective and open to learning.

Duties will include but is not limited to:

- Preparation, compilation, sorting and capturing of data to generate reports
- Generate project reports, weekly reports, monthly reports etc.
- Timely collation and submission of reports
- Perform quality assurance on all reports
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Confidentially handle sensitive information
- Adherence to HR, finance, administration and procurement policies and
- Procedures
