We have an immediate opportunity for a Shipping Clerk to join our diverse team. The position will be responsible for preparing and reviewing outgoing shipment schedules to maintain a productive warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Coordination with internal operations for shortages/excess of goods and adjustments in Danfoss MFG/SAP system.
- Identifying risks in the logistics workflow process and make necessary recommendations.
- On Time Delivery of goods to the customer.
- Planned logistics for scheduled orders.
- Download reports daily to confirm order invoice/delivery requirements and plan as per required timeline.
- Consistently follow-up with stores to ensure orders is picked on time as per the shipping schedule.
- Track, trace and update the status of outgoing shipments.
- Reconcile pick slips, work orders, IBT’s and invoice documents.
- Preparing paperwork for shipments.
- Work Order Management i.e., receipt WO’s, issue stock to WO’s and Close WO’s.
- Plan workload as per customer required date and ensure timeous and accurate invoicing.
- Scan documentation into SharePoint and maintain POD database.
- Prepare invoice packs for products picked/assembled.

**Background & Skills**:

- Matric (Grade 12) plus 2 years Warehouse background.
- PC literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, MFG Pro and SAP.
- Excellent communication skills.
