**Core requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Chemistry
- 2-3 years’ experience in personal care industry

**Key Functions**:

- Create and update manufacturing documents of products according to orders received
- Update order board
- Update Manufacturing schedule and compound schedule boards
- Conduct weekly production meetings with machine operators
- Plan production schedules according to delivery dates and lead times
- Create BOMs for Purchasing according to manufacturing documents
- Create Allocation documents according to manufacturing documents
- Analyse time and motion reports for production efficiency
- Liaise with clients on production times
- Create BOMs on Syspro and update them as needed
- Syspro job entry, issues and receipts
- Factory checks
- Creating job cards and quality control sheets
- Recording new products and product codes
- Generating and tracing batch numbers
- Oversee the sanitisation of the facility to comply with ISO standards
- Organizing pest control and dealing with pest related problems
- Upholding ISO 9001:2015 QMS Standards
- Conducting internal audits
- Document control
- Annual ISO audits
- Drafting SDS documents for products
