We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

- Degree in Human Resources or similar.
- Advantageous, Honours Degree.
- 3 - 5 years experience as a People Management Practitioner/ Consultant/ Business Partner.
- People Management within an educational environment.

**The responsibilities are**:

- People Management Planning and Reporting.
- Special Strategic People Management Initiative Project Management.
- Organisational Design Projects.
- People Management Advisory and Consulting.
- Outsourced Provider Liaison.
- Staff Management.
- Training.
