A medium-sized audit and accounting practice in Tygervalley, Cape Town, is looking for someone to join our debtors department in handling debtors and data capture duties.

**Responsibilities**
- Debtors book control
- Acknowledgement of debt
- Credit Bureau listing
- Debit order implementation
- CIPC/ Data checks
- Data capturing and maintenance
- GL allocations
- Hand overs (instruction in terms of letter of demand, instruction in terms of summons, report maintenance)
- Liquidations (Claim submission and monitoring)
- Creditors (CIPC, Windeed, Payspace, Xero)
- FIC
- FICA
- Profsoft (timesheet approval, expense approval, reporting)
- Portfolio management (reporting and templates)
- Administrative (archiving)

**Minimum requirements**
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- Good client liaison skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- South African citizenship
- Ability to work under direct instruction and independently
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organisational skills
- Administrative skills
- Self motivated
- Impeccable accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excell Pivot Tables
- Internet

The following would be advantageous, but not required:

- Experience within an Auditing and Accounting firm
- Experience with ProfSoft
- Debit order administration
- Accounting knowledge
