Cleaner - Airbnb Rentals

We are currently seeking an experienced Cleaner for our self-catering properties located in the Atlantic Seaboard and Cape Town CBD.

If you meet the following requirements, we encourage you to apply:

- Previous experience in the same or similar position
- Familiarity with duties and procedures in self-catering apartments and/or Airbnb

**As a Cleaner at Rest Easy, your duties will include**:

- Be able to work alone or in a team of other cleaners to get the job done as quickly and as perfectly as possible
- Talk to guests in a friendly and professional way while they're here.
- Pay close attention to all the little details when getting apartments ready, making sure everything is super clean and tidy - work with a 5-star hotel mindset.
- Keep an eye out for problems like WiFi or TV not working, lights out, dusty spots, or anything else that needs fixing. Tell the Property Host or Manager about it.
- Be on time for your shifts and let the team know if something comes up or if you're going to be late.

This role is on-site, Monday to Saturday, with the occasional Sunday. (Rotating shifts).

**What the hiring process looks like**:

- If you are shortlisted, we will contact you to have a 5-15 minute introductory call
- We will then ask you to come for an in-person interview where you will get to meet the team
- If it feels right for everyone, a trial day will be scheduled where we will get a sense of your capabilities and you can see if the role is something that you will enjoy (this will be paid at R350 for the day)
- If there is uncertainty, we might ask you to come for a second trial day. Hopefully, we will be able to make you an offer sooner rather than later.
