Hatchery Assistant

**Crazy Chicken Lady/Person as a Hatchery Assistant.**

Looking for an energetic hatchery assistant with exciting and varied job responsibilities.

Responsibilities will include assisting with hatches, egg collection, order fulfilment and customer services, as well as assisting with any social media related to the hatchery, including some photography for posts, messaging, record keeping, etc.

You may be required to assist with cleaning of pens, vaccination of birds, and general chicken upkeep.

We are looking for someone who will grow within the hatchery and develop a passion for our flock and our mission to keep heritage chicken breeds alive.

**Requirements**:
Must have great organizational and record keeping skills.

Must have a passion for animals

Willingness to learn

Willing to get your hands dirty

Prior knowledge of chickens is beneficial

Knowledge of social media management and general photography is a bonus

Proficient in English, other languages are a bonus
