**Responsibilities**:
Project Coordination:

- Oversee entire project installations on site, from delivery to final completion, with a focus on installation, quality and feedback to management.
- Coordinate with site managers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.

Quality Control:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and precision of cabinetry installation work.
- Implement corrective actions to address deviations from design and quality standards.

Resource Management:

- Efficiently manage on-site resources, including skilled labour, equipment and materials related to cabinetry.

Collaborate with factory/procurement to ensure a consistent supply of cabinetry materials.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and motivate the cabinetry installation team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Provide guidance, training and performance feedback to enhance team capabilities.

Client Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cabinetry installation.

Provide regular updates on cabinetry-specific aspects of the project and address client concerns promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cabinetry manufacturing and installation activities.
- Provide detailed reports on cabinetry-related project progress to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience or diploma in Project Management in the related field
- Familiarity with kitchen design and installation processes
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the kitchen industry, with a focus on cabinetry manufacturing and installation
- Previous experience in managing cabinetry crews for kitchen projects
- Familiarity with kitchen design and overall installation processes
- Knowledge of industry-specific cabinetry materials and suppliers
- Strong understanding of cabinetry design, manufacturing processes and installation techniques
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with project management software and tools a bonus
- High level of attention to detail
