**The Position**:
NetOps Intern

**Role Overview**:
As a NetOps Intern at BUI, you will immerse yourself in the workings of network operations, learning the ins and outs of managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems in a real-world setting. Under the guidance of our experienced NetOps team, you'll contribute to projects and initiatives that drive network efficiency and reliability for our global client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the monitoring and management of network systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Support the implementation of network projects, from planning to execution.
- Learn to troubleshoot and resolve network issues, under mentorship from senior team members.
- Participate in the documentation of network procedures and configurations.
- Assist with NetOps Service Desk tasks and management

**Requirements**:

- Currently studying towards or having recently completed Networking related certifications, i.e. Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet and HP Aruba.
- A keen interest in network operations and technology.
- Basic understanding of networking principles and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Proactive learner with a high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
