**Position: ICT Project Manager**
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: 35K-49K
**Location**: Durban

**Job Functions**:
Responsible for ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained Job Functions appropriately for the project. To maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditure.

Responsibilities include budgets and expenditures.
- Identification and managing of Project dependencies and Critical Path.
- Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions.
- Update project management governance documents.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
- Act as a point of contact for all participants.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Determining project changes.
- Document project risks and issues and follow-up on feedback and soluions.
- Compile the project costing and ensure optimal utilization of the Project budget.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports.
- Manage, lead and coach the Project Team.

- NOF level 6 qualification in ICT.
- 5 years experience ICT Project Management in a corporate environment.
- 3 years in a similar role.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R35,000.00 - R49,000.00 per month
