Our client in the automotive industry requires an experienced Instrumentation Technician.

To perform general electrical maintenance, preventative maintenance as well as fault finding maintenance on hydraulic presses, industrial robots, CNC-milling machines, project installations and spot-welding stations.

Perform general electrical maintenance as well as fault finding maintenance on hydraulic presses, industrial robots, CNC-milling machines, project installations and spot-welding stations.

**Knowledge & Skills required**:

- Technical techniques
- Fault finding and Press machinery repair and maintenance
- Manufacturing processes
- Basic understanding of quality systems
- Fault finding and maintenance of presses
- Communication
- Problem solving
- Read electronic drawings
- Minimum Requirements
- GR12 / N4
- Qualified Electrician/Millwright
- Min. 5 years' experience as a Millwright in the electrical field within an automotive environment.
- Extensive working knowledge of PLC programming, Siemens S5 & S7, Festo and Fidia

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- millwright (electrical) in automotive: 5 years (preferred)
- plc programming: 4 years (preferred)
