**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
Responsible for preparing meals and follow Hartlief recipes. Adhering to the restaurant menu and following food health and safety procedures in order to maintain hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen at all times and enhance customer service and service delivery

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES**:

- At least 2 years’ experience working in a Deli/Restaurant environment in a similar position

**KEY ACOUNTABILITIES**:

- Preparing meals, responsible for cooking, grilling and baking of menu items
- Rendering speedy and effective customer services ensuring each customer has the correct food and sides
- Maintain housekeeping as well as food safety standards
