We are looking for an experienced and motivated Social Worker to join our team and help us work towards this dream. The position is based in Stellenbosch (Western Cape), but will require regular travel to surrounding communities in the Cape Winelands.

The salary will be in accordance with the subsidy received from the Western Cape Department of Social Development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Individual case work and referrals
- Group and community work
- Supervision of Social Auxiliary Worker & Peer Supporters
- Programme reporting and coordination

**Requirements**:

- Social Worker qualification
- Proof of registration with SACSSP and payment to date
- Proven experience with individual, group and community work
- Great written and verbal communication in at least English and Afrikaans
- Valid Driver’s licence with at least two year’s driving experience
- Experience in the Disability field will be an advantage
- Experience in Project and people management will be an advantage

**Salary**: R16,511.33 per month
