**Knowledge / Skills**:

- Consulting with technicians about required repairs and alternatives that can be offered.
- Answering customer questions about service outcomes.
- Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.
- Informing customers of changes in service and when their vehicle is ready for collection.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- 3-4 Years’ experience in a similar role at a Car Dealership.
- Motor mechanical training/experience/knowledge.
