**Job Description**:
Our client is seeking a HR Superintendent who will identify and provide the company with relevant Human Resource interventions which will assist the organisation to attain its objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment process in line with the Recruitment Procedure.
- Provide company with benchmarked recruitment processes and procedure documentation.
- Manage and represent the company on all IR issues.
- Manage the Industrial Relations Climate.
- Manage the Disciplinary/Grievance Process.
- Provide the company with benchmarked IR policies, processes and procedure documentation.
- Co-ordinate development of IR Learning Materials and present training courses.
- Liaise with External Arbitrators during disputes.
- Implement the HR Resource Library.
- Manage subordinates, including training and development of the HR team.
- Compile and control the budget.
- Drive achievement of HR Key Performance Indicators and implementation of HR Strategies
- Report on KPI’s and strategy implementation.
- Design, implement and maintain talent management initiatives.
- Implement the system to assist line in managing attendance and absenteeism in line with KPI’s.
- Ensure that all positions are graded and have a valid job profile.
- Provide the company with benchmarked remuneration processes and procedure documentation.
- Manage maintenance of departmental and company organograms
- Implement Succession Planning initiatives.
- Manage & Implement initiatives to reduce Labour turnover.
- Ensure an enabling climate/culture
- Identify and assess level of issue-based risk exposures in area of responsibility by considering exposures to business, financial, legal issues, people, equipment, material, environment, processes, etc.

**Requirements**:Qualification and Skill**_ _**
- 6 years relevant experience in a mining/metal recovery environment.
- 2 years managerial experience.
- Relevant Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology / Industrial Relations etc.
- Excellent knowledge and experience regarding productivity improvement, succession planning, talent management and training and development.
- Hands-on experience regarding basic human resource functions such as recruiting, labour planning and costing, remuneration and employee benefits.
- Knowledge of SAP Systems & MS Office will be advantageous.
