Senior Griller

Looking for an experienced senior griller to join our upmarket restaurant located in Cape Town.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a griller in a high-end restaurant or steakhouse.
- Expertise in grilling various cuts of meat and seafood to perfection.
- Strong knowledge of different cooking techniques and temperature control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume orders.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-quality dishes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and grill meats, poultry, and seafood according to customer preferences and restaurant standards.
- Ensure proper seasoning, cooking times, and presentation of grilled items.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grilling area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and delivery.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control related to grilling ingredients.
