Construction Health

We are looking for a SACPCMP registered Construction Health & Safety Officer for a project in the Boksburg.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Attend regular site, technical and progress meeting and facilitate site health and safety meetings
- Identification of the hazards and risks relevant to the construction project through regular coordinated site inspections
- Compiling project specific emergency response and preparedness plans
- Conduct site safety inductions
- Evaluate the levels of compliance of subcontractors to the project specific health and safety plan and client specifications through inspections and audits
- Oversee the reporting and investigation of project related incidents
- Participation in management reviews of the health and safety systems
- Review and update the health and safety plan time to time.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- A recognized qualification in OHS, Environmental or relevant related discipline.
- SACPCMP Registered
- At least 3-4 years HSE related experience preferably in the resources and construction sector.

**Salary**: R40,000.00 - R55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Boksburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction Safety: 4 years (required)
