_**Key Outputs**_
- Target driven and seek to achieve above the required standards in collections and credit controlling.
- Demonstrate customer care and staff control through effective managerial skills.
- To be personally involved with the actioning of problematic accounts in branches.
- To ensure that the company credit policies and procedures are effectively introduced and implemented.
- **Key Requirements**_
- Must have at least a Grade 12 or NQF level 4 qualification.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to motivate staff.
- Have at least 5 years credit experience in a furniture retail business with nothing less than 2 years’ experience in a management role.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Tertiary studies in Business Management is preferable.
- Be able to set standards and implement collection drives on a Regional basis.
- Able to work and perform under pressure.

**This position will require extensive traveling and sleeping out from time to time.**

Pay: R15 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month
