**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Relationship Management**
- Adhere to the set/established Solution methodologies as well as the REFLEX business processes.
- Be the single point of contact for sales, commercial and service delivery as well as customers.
- Build solid relationship with the connectivity product manager to ensure the necessary support is provided.
- Be mindful of costs and budget for both REFLEX and the customer.
- Liaise with the Procurement Team on off-net cost and SLA’s.
- Know and understand the various LMSP service offerings.
- Understand the pricing supplied by the Product Team and LMSP’s.
- Build and maintain concrete relationships with third party LMSP’s - partner management.
- Establish long term relationship with the customer and maintain the customers loyalty and trust in REFLEX.
- Strive for REFLEX and customer excellence.
- Advise and educate customers on REFLEX’s last mile offerings and options.
- Be an interface between Procurement and Service Delivery for the Solutions Team.
- Send and track last mile requests to the various LMSP’s.

**Design & Documentation**
- Adhere to the defined REFLEX Feasibility Process.
- Have a good understanding of REFLEX’s products and the network to prepare optimal designs for customers.
- Analyse and understand the customer’ last mile requirements and translate them into a viable solution.
- Ensure that Customer Technical proposals are accurate and current and is delivered timeously.
- Set the correct expectations with customers around last mile delivery times.
- Ensure that the suggested / selected last mile designs are deployable and can be supported.
- Act as the escalation point during the implementation of the last mile service should there be any problems.
- Provide clear last mile specifications to the implementation team deploying the last mile service.
- Ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
- Control all requisite documentation (last mile requests, transmission plans and quotes).
- Assist with customer presentations when required to do so.
- Provide Service delivery and sales support with information / training on approved REFLEX LMSP’s.
- Have access to the NNI / Inter-Connect list provided by engineering.
- Facilitate and conduct, where necessary, site surveys and feasibility studies to solidify solution proposals.
- Assist in answering RFI & RFP’s where there is a requirement for multiple LMSP connectivity.

**Deployment of Design**
- Ensure that all client last miles are implemented as per client requirements and expectations.
- Communicate effectively to necessary stakeholders as and when required.
- Proactively look for ways to increase efficiency or save costs for both REFLEX & the customer.
- Be aware of and report on the progress made with the deployment of the last mile designs.
- Understand and manage the customers’ requirements and manage customer delivery expectations.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or engineering qualification
- Understanding of LMSP’s
- Basic Design principals
- Commercial Experience
- Understanding of the Current Reflex Product Portfolio

**Other Knowledge, Skills, experiences, and attributes**:

- Telecommunication experience as well as a good understanding of ICT Market in South Africa
- Ability to manage conflicting interests from different functional departments to achieve business objectives.
- Ability to build relationships across various functional departments
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Ability to adhere to laid down procedures and processes
- Good Business acumen
- Solid technical knowledge of telecommunications and solutions
