Outbound Call Center Agent

We are offering suitably qualified Short-term insurance agents the opportunity to earn recurring commission and grow your recurring book.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 essential
- NQF5 or equivalent qualification preferred
- Industry qualification as per the FSCA requirements, essential
- RE5 essential
- Minimum 1 years’ sales experience in the short-term insurance industry required
- Minimum 1 years’ outbound sales call centre experience essential
- Clear Criminal record
- Proven Track record (to validate higher salaries)
- Clear communication skills

**Responsibilities**
- Drive profitable sales volume of all Short-term insurance products
- Build your own Short term insurance portfolio
- Achieving/Exceeding targets consistently
- Providing feedback to management when requested
- Drafting, tracking and measurement of your personal business plan
- Providing on-going service and support to your individual client base (amendments, renewals, claims etc.)
- Retention of existing business including renewal discussion in line with FAIS

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Century City, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
