IT Technician

Fashion Fusion a leading clothing retail company is seeking a IT Technician for our Head Office in Westmead Pinetown.
- Experience in an IT field of 2 - 3 years
- Desktop support - Knowledge in I.T support
- VOIP (phones) - Knowledge about VOIP
- Configuration of Routers - Basic knowledge of internet routers
- Basic knowledge in regards to troubleshooting and maintaining printers
- Service reporting - The ability to formulate service reports
- Mapping Network drives - Basic knowledge in mapping
- Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure
- Work independently and also within a team
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Willing to work over -time and weekends
- Knowledge of POS Systems
- Ability to travel when operationally required
- Code 8 drivers’ license/ preferably own vehicle
- Matric
- Relevant I.T qualification

**Salary**: From R6 500,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- IT: 2 years (required)
