Hse Consultant

We have the following position available on the East Rand within a National Concern 1) The role will be primarily for Earthmoving Equipment and Compressed Air systems business, but may, at a later stage, also involve some of our other businesses (e.g. Cleaning Equipment, and Power products.)

2) The role will be: a. To manage all aspects of H&S at our own branches (JHB mostly, but also, Cape Town, Durban. Also one or two smaller outlying branches), and b. To compile and manage safety files as required by some of our clients (e.g. the mines, large industrial companies, etc.)

3) The role will require some travel, including to client sites in some cases (e.g. the mines.)

4) The individual must have relevant qualifications in H&S.

5) Several years of experience in H&S are required.

6) High-energy individual who can operate well in a lively, fast-paced environment

7) The position requires EHSQ experience gained within the Earthmoving or Yellow equipment, compressors and mechanical workshop environments covering operations, petroleum, lubrication, spray painting and chemical environments and safety procedures for mines and construction.

The salary has been left open for negotiation according to skills, experience, and qualifications for the position

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Boksburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
