Fundraising Business Consultant

**QUALIFICATION**
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Fundraising or a Sales and Marketing Certificate will be a distinct advantage
- Valid Driver’s License - (A must)

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous selling experience would be advantageous
- Must have the ability to handle rejections
- 10 years General Working Experience
- Applicants must be self-motivated and mature
- Bilingualism an advantage
- Able to work within a team environment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word)
- Like to work with people face to face and telephonically

**Duties of the Fundraising Business Consultant**
- Attract new sponsorships and donations against set targets
- Face to face appointments with donors
- Secure New sustainable Donor contributions
- Produce targeted number of fundraising proposals per month
- Service Donor portfolios
- Meet Donor feedback requirements
- Maintain excellent relationships with new Donors and ensure that these Donors remain active
- Re-instate cancelled or lapsed donors
- Good communication with Donors
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and update your skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain efficiencies with attention to detail.
- Must be persuasive, donor focused, assertive and result driven.
- Initiate and build relationships (face to face, networking, campaigns,events)
- Meet Donor requirements
- Liaise with projects to identity needs and develop proposals

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pinelands, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Certificate (required)

- General Working: 10 years (required)
