MSA Outsourcing Solutions is actively hiring highly motivated and talented medical recruiter

Job Duties:
Communicates with outside applicants and key level management staff.
Phone screening applicants’ daily bases for the NC and Ohio Regions facilities.
- site interview schedule with facility building appointments
Develops database for current and future hires
Collaborates with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs
- Medical Recruiter Job requirements:

- Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs (Apploi) Basic Excel knowledge is needed filter and set up spreadsheets.
- Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently, as well as with team members
- Minimum two experience working for a Talent Acquisition Department or a Staffing Agency
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Minimum one year of nursing recruitment background (front line staff C.N.As/ Nurses)
- Able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, a team player
- Ability to organize, plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to convey business needs and results
- Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business resources

**Salary**: R9 000,00 - R11 000,00 per month
