Cape Town, South Africa Interslab Full time

**Duties**:
**Your duties will include but not be limited to**:
Representing, promoting and selling all Interslab brands and materials, at project level.
Researching housing and development project potential both within South Africa and within other African countries. Identifying current and future property developments and establishing contact with key players involved in these projects.
Attending to all requests for samples, pricing, quotations, and all leads received through various channels.
Conducting brand presentations and product training presentations where necessary.
Representing the company’s projects interests at appropriate trade fairs both within South Africa and in other markets in Africa, identified as potential growth points.
Developing contacts and managing business relationships with architects, interior designers, quantity surveyors, project managers, contractors, developers, shop-fitters, and kitchen companies, involved in the specifying and decision-making process of projects.
Maintaining an up-to-date database of active projects status and associates.

**Travel**:
Whilst this is a Cape Town-based post, some of the above duties may take place in other centres around the country and you may be required to travel at the company’s expense to these other centres in order to carry out these duties.

**Benefits**:

You will receive a provident fund after successful completion of a three-month probation period.

**Skills and qualifications**:
Grade 12/Matric qualification
Computer literate
Ability to work on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

**Person specification**:
A flexible approach to work and the ability to work well within a team.
Very well organised and energetic.
A people’s person with great communication skills.
Valid Driver’s License.
