Excellent guest liaison and building rapport with repeat guests is crucial to this role.

Other duties include but are not limited to:

- A sharp eye for presentation
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Process payments for customers
- Record and balance cash receipts on Micros
- Responsible for daily/weekly stock counts
- Keep an impeccably neat and hygienic bar area at all times
- Polishing of bar shelves and glasses
- Working well with and standing in for service staff to ensure efficient service delivery and positive environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous barman experience
- Proven bartending experience in a high-end establishment or 4-5* hotel
- Traceable references.
- Mixology Certificate preferrable
- Excellent command of English
