**Objective of this Scope of Work**
The Process Analyst specialises in bringing change to the Prudential Authority through analysis design and implementation of the business process. The Process Analyst assesses the impact of business process change within people, systems, operations and management, and advocate new capabilities to ensure performance improvement. The role is responsible for the maintenance of operational (business as usual) processes.

**Scope of Services Definition**
**The scope will include but will not be limited to**:
Define business processes relevant to Prudential Authority
Analysis, design, development of business process to improve systems, data, information and people skills within specific functional areas.
Implement automated process design using client BPM technology.
Model processes as required.
Obtain processes Sign off from the relevant process owner.
Anticipates consequences and adapts problem solving based on continual feedback.
Act speedily to resolve problems, queries and complaints.
Review current state processes and identify problem areas, inefficiencies.
Identifying and assessing automation/workflow opportunities within Prudential Authority and provide recommendations.
Develop detailed business process flows and include how technology solutions will enable the business processes.
Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
Collaborate with key stakeholders such as architects, SMEs, process owners, technical experts to ensure viable and sustainable solutions.

**Minimum qualification required**:
Degree or Diploma in - Information Technology, Engineering, Informatics or Business Information Systems
OR
Process engineering certification such as CBPP or similar

**Minimum Experience Required**:
A minimum of 5- 7 years relevant experience
At least 3 years proven work experience strictly in process analysis
Experience in process modelling tools, preferably ADONIS toolset, or similar industry standard.

**The following will be an added advantage**:
Lean and Six Sigma methods and techniques
Financial services industry experience
Have in depth understanding of the BPMN
Experience in Agile methodologies and hybrid
Experience in Business Process Management Initiative Implementation
Clear understanding of different process frameworks
Ability to act as an Agent of Change management

**Knowledge & Skills**:
Knowledge of process related standards
Clear understanding of different process frameworks
Experience in process simulations
Working knowledge of process analysis software packages
Analytical thinker with good interpersonal skills
Business analysis and process mapping
Software Development and Processes
BPMN, CBPP certification advantageous
