**Data Lead: 1 year FTC: Banking Industry**
To lead a team in delivering an integrated data solution in alignment with
the overall enterprise information technology architecture and in the
context of the organizational strategy ensuring the delivery of integrated and insightful data for managing both risk and compliance of the bank and its clients.
**Requirements**:
- Preferred: Honors Degree: IT / Relevant
- IBM Watson IoT Data Science Certificate / Certified Analytics professional
Experience Required:
7 Years: solid IT Background and consistently keeping up to date with advancements in the field: proven track record to a broad spectrum of stakeholders including senior executive
- Experience working with cross functional teams fostering collaboration and teamwork
- Exposure to broad business and financial management type experience within the banking sector
- Experience using Agile Software development methodologies and associated practices such as Continuous Integration, Software Defined Infrastructure, Evolutionary Architecture
7 Years: Proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and as a member of a small team of technical staff working in an agile development environment
- Track record in capability and competency building and coaching of staff is required
7 Years: Managing data products end to end in a large, multi-dimensional corporate environment. This must include understanding in data architecture and data governance
