As a Junior AP/Administrative Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in our finance team, managing accounts payable tasks with precision and efficiency. From reviewing and analysing supplier invoices to ensuring timely payment processing and maintaining our supplier database, your expertise will directly contribute to our operational excellence. You'll harness the full potential of Microsoft Excel to organize and analyse financial data, working closely with the team to uphold accuracy in financial transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain open lines of communication with colleagues and stakeholders will be invaluable in our dynamic work environment.

The office is based in Brooklyn, Cape Town. For the probation period, you’ll be fully office based. Thereafter there is a hybrid situation with 2 - 3 days in office (granted you have a stable internet connection and covered in loadshedding).
