Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain services within the operational structures and service methodology
Ensure effective human resource management through proper planning, recruitment and training of both existing and new staff in line with the service requirements of current and new clients.
Manage and execute operational service strategies to deliver on operational and client commitments, while driving improvement and profitability.
Ensure legal compliance of operational execution.
Enforce the Company’s Disciplinary Code of Conduct.
Manage and execute the quality control system in line with Operational Systems, Processes, Policies and Procedures.
Manage and execute effective Management Reporting, Information Flow, and Client Relations.
Resolve escalated customer queries and implement continuous improvement initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate and communicate between support departments, operational teams and clients and ensure effective cooperation.
Ensure that all personnel within assigned portfolio are operating and performing their duties according to company procedures and site job descriptions.
Attend weekly/monthly client meetings and provide solutions that are site specific to the client for consideration, so as to ensure excellent service delivery.
Attend regular operations meetings with management teams.
Implement effective controls and monitoring processes.
Participate in onsite investigations and report on findings.
Perform risk assessments and security service surveys with improvement proposals.
Minimum Requirements
PSIRA Grade A Registered
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (speak, read, write) - must be skilled in compiling written reports, proposals and presentations.
Matric Certificate
2-5 years of Management experience in the Security Industry
2-5 years in the Hospitality Industry
Drivers License Code 08 and own reliable vehicle
Risk Assessment and Site Survey experience
Security Management Qualification will be advantageous
Computer Proficiency is an inherent requirement for this post
